The tallest work to date that I’ve thrown at 3 feet high, this piece serves as a totem-like ode to the ancestors and forefathers that made my existence and expression possible. This work was achieved using the stacking ethos and wheel-throwing a combination of calico cone-5 clay and speckled buff cone-5 clay, fired in a cone-5 gas reduction.
