After spending hundreds of hours in cafes over the years, whether to get some work done or just to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea, I noticed one major thing — that the experience of enjoying the cup never translated beyond the flavor of the drink. The expression often stopped once the coffee or tea was poured and it was often indulged in a factory made cup where the only time human hands touched it was during the packaging. The human touched ended at the making of the drink, so the love often stopped after the sip. 

It often felt that coffee drinking was just an activity, but never an experience or moment. With this cup, I wanted to change that and moving forward I desire to be a beacon of that change.
