Note from 8 February 2026 

As I approach my first 1,000 hours on ceramic wheel-throwing, one thing has grown on my conscience: the expression doesn’t just end or conclude on the wheel. In the earlier stages of my journey I dreaded applying glaze to my works due to not being fluent in the articulation of my works. I embraced this weak point of mine, knowing I couldn’t escape it if I desired teaching someday and putting my works in front of masses. So outside of my 10,000 of wheel throwing, I began logging hours of studying glazes, applications and applying this knowledge into my works due. With this work, I was able to step away knowing that this endeavor is paying off and I am very proud of this one.
